Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic lead and primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client objectives are understood and met.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention, upsell and account expansion.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; support commercial discussions and proposals.
  • Provide delivery governance and oversight on strategic deliverables; flag and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Creative leads to translate briefs into actionable plans.
  • Support onboarding and handovers for high-value projects to ensure continuity from pitch to production.
  • Mentor Senior Managers and Managers; contribute to training, onboarding and capability development.
  • Champion consistent use of tools (HubSpot, GitBook, shared templates) and lead post-mortems to improve processes.
  • Track KPIs (account health, CSAT/NPS, upsells, CRM feedback) and manage escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Participate in hiring and ensure new hires are embedded in tools and processes within first 30 days.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years in senior client services or strategic account management
  • Proven track record managing large, complex accounts
  • Background in creative, advertising, architecture or SaaS industries
  • Experience in agency or creative/production environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with stakeholder management, budgeting and strategic planning

  • AED 290,000 to AED 340,000 annual base salary (dependent on experience)
