Job description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue prospects to secure new logos and expand the customer base
  • Use a consultative approach to articulate the value of data and AI platforms
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers including CIOs and CTOs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM systems
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales or business development
  • Proven track record in mid-market SaaS, data, AI, or analytics sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and social selling
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or BANT
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Candidates located within the NYC or Chicago metro areas
