About the Company

Ando is building AI-native workforce infrastructure for the 80M hourly workers in the U.S. and hundreds of millions globally. We start with highly accurate AI-generated demand forecasts, move to allocation-first labor optimization, and compound value through a persistent labor graph. Ando is a Seed-stage company backed by Slow Ventures.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume outbound to owner-operators and operations leaders at restaurant groups with 10 to 50 locations
  • Lead demo calls showing how Ando helps forecast demand, improve staffing, and reduce schedule friction
  • Close deals with urgency and ownership
  • Manage pilots through paid conversion and own relationships from first call through renewal
  • Work with leadership on strategy, pipeline prioritization, and target accounts
  • Provide customer feedback to Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

  • Five or more years in a closing sales role
  • Experience selling SaaS to restaurant operators
  • Fluency in the restaurant industry
  • Strong outbound sales preference
  • Strong demo instincts and ability to show value quickly
  • Comfort working in a startup environment
  • Clear communication and strong follow-through
