Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle from account-level strategy to closing
  • Conduct high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and limited in-person presentations
  • Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Establish meaningful relationships with customers as a multifamily expert
  • Collaborate with sales development and customer success teams
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Travel up to 25% for industry events and customer meetings

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a B2B SaaS account executive role
  • Multifamily SaaS sales experience required
  • Experience selling new products to current customers
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, and Zoominfo
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Disciplined and adaptable self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with competitive or market intelligence product sales
