About the Company

Avochato makes it easy for organizations to connect with their customers through SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and Live Chat. Recently named a Gartner Cool Vendor in AI, the company is revolutionizing communications by leveraging AI-powered messaging for both agents and consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new SMB and Mid-Market customers (companies with 25 to 250 employees)
  • Drive at least 50% of pipeline through outbound sales efforts
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation and outreach to closing and onboarding
  • Partner with Customer Success to transition new accounts after the initial 3-month period

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful outbound SaaS sales experience in SMB or Mid-Market segments
  • Proven track record of being in the top 25% of performance among peers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with sales tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, Zoominfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to quickly master technical product details
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
