Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or vertical
- Conduct product demonstrations highlighting Builder.ai's platform capabilities
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to design custom solutions for clients
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline information in CRM
- Stay current on Builder.ai product developments, competitor offerings, and industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in SaaS, app development, or technology solutions
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling technology solutions to businesses of various sizes
- Strong understanding of software development processes and digital transformation
- Experience with consultative sales approaches and solution selling
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in multilingual settings
- Consultative selling and needs assessment
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and explain complex concepts
- Strategic account planning and relationship management
- Effective communication and presentation abilities in both Arabic and English
- Business acumen with ability to identify client value opportunities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Time management and organizational proficiency
- Cross-cultural communication competence
- Adaptability and problem-solving orientation
