Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by leading discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations
  • Manage a healthy pipeline to meet individual sales quota and ACV goals
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement using sales tools
  • Act as an expert and advocate for Buildout’s product suite
  • Represent Buildout at conferences, customer events, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver a world-class customer experience

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Adaptable and curious in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry
