Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and maintain strong engagement
  • Prepare and oversee budgets to ensure financial efficiency
  • Lead and support a cross-functional team
  • Ensure timely and successful project delivery and maintain accountability for client accounts
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings
  • Identify commercial opportunities and drive account growth
  • Foster alignment between airline culture and internal team operations
  • Develop and implement in‑Flight Entertainment (IFE) strategies
  • Conduct quality control checks at airports when possible
  • Provide insights and recommendations on promotional content and featured categories
  • Oversee airline budget creation, financial tracking and invoicing processes

Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency in English & Arabic
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Analytical, data-driven approach
  • Leadership and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Keynote

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in entertainment or aviation industry
  • Customer service experience
  • French language skills
  • Experience with airline operations or IFE platforms
