ApartmentIQ is a profitable, growth-stage PropTech company building industry-leading martech and data products. Their ApartmentIQ platform powers smarter decisions across the multifamily space, while their sister company, MavenAI, delivers AI-powered marketing automation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the pre-sale relationship for a portfolio of key current accounts as a trusted advisor
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new products to current customers to drive expansion and upselling
  • Act as a product expert to help clients integrate tools into their daily workflows
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure high product health and retention
  • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce regarding account sentiment and forecasts
  • Meet and exceed quota targets
  • Travel up to 25% for on-site business reviews and industry conferences

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a B2B SaaS account executive role
  • Multifamily SaaS sales experience required
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, and Zoominfo
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in competitive or market intelligence product sales
