Job description
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for accounts, from qualification and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced outbound prospecting
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand merchant shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment needs
- Deliver compelling product demos and ROI-based business cases to move deals forward
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to consistently hit and exceed quota
- Collaborate with global sales engineering, onboarding, and customer success teams for smooth customer handoffs
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience owning the full sales cycle and closing net-new business
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with a data-first approach
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or the logistics industry
- Understanding of eCommerce shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment logistics
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with a defined sales process
