Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for accounts, from qualification and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced outbound prospecting
  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand merchant shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment needs
  • Deliver compelling product demos and ROI-based business cases to move deals forward
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to consistently hit and exceed quota
  • Collaborate with global sales engineering, onboarding, and customer success teams for smooth customer handoffs
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle and closing net-new business
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a data-first approach
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or the logistics industry
  • Understanding of eCommerce shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment logistics
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with a defined sales process
