Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day account management, providing support on administrative tasks, client communication, and project documentation
  • Help maintain client relationships by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project materials, status reports, and updates
  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and keeping internal teams on track
  • Support the creation of client-facing documents, such as presentations, reports, and proposals
  • Keep track of project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in gathering insights and data for client reports
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting notes and action items

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Based in Dubai and comfortable working on-site 3 days per week
  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, economics, or a related field (internships considered)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented team player
