Job description
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
- Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- Build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Requirements
- Located in EMEA
- 3+ years closing sales experience
- Minimum 2 years selling into the South Europe market
- Track record developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
- SFDC proficiency
- Experience in cross-functional teams ensuring Customer Success and satisfaction
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Fluent in Spanish
