Job description
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
- Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
- Act as a client advocate focused on improving the buyer experience.
- Build rapport and collaborate both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Located in EMEA region.
- 3+ years of closing sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into the South Europe market.
- Proven track record in developing a greenfield territory and expanding business.
- Proficiency in SFDC (Salesforce).
- Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with increasing responsibility.
- Fluent in Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling territories in SaaS or HR technology sectors.
- Experience working with distributed teams and global clients.
