Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
  • Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
  • Act as a client advocate focused on improving the buyer experience.
  • Build rapport and collaborate both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Located in EMEA region.
  • 3+ years of closing sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into the South Europe market.
  • Proven track record in developing a greenfield territory and expanding business.
  • Proficiency in SFDC (Salesforce).
  • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with increasing responsibility.
  • Fluent in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling territories in SaaS or HR technology sectors.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and global clients.
