About the Company
Field Materials is building the commerce and financial technology backbone of the construction industry. Founded by serial entrepreneurs, we are on a mission to digitize and democratize construction material purchasing through a world-class software platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth as an early member of the sales team
- Execute prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling
- Develop and test multiple Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to identify high-performing channels
- Use data-driven insights to make informed sales decisions and manage pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding individual quotas
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Strong proficiency in prospecting and social selling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in early-stage startup environments
- High EQ and tenacity in high-growth settings
