About the Company

Field Materials is building the commerce and financial technology backbone of the construction industry. Founded by serial entrepreneurs, we are on a mission to digitize and democratize construction material purchasing through a world-class software platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth as an early member of the sales team
  • Execute prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling
  • Develop and test multiple Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to identify high-performing channels
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed sales decisions and manage pipelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual quotas
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in prospecting and social selling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in early-stage startup environments
  • High EQ and tenacity in high-growth settings
