Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own new revenue for Fin in the luxury goods, watch dealer, and adjacent high-value SMB segments.
  • Build trust through in-person store visits, dealer networks, industry conferences, and dinners.
  • Prospect and develop pipeline via outbound efforts, warm introductions, and events.
  • Conduct targeted discovery to uncover payment pain points and operational constraints.
  • Demo and position the Fin platform to sophisticated operators and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding to ensure platform proficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with founders, product, and compliance teams to turn field feedback into repeatable processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in SMB to mid-market sales, partnerships, or early GTM roles.
  • Proven experience in field sales environments, including traveling to meet customers in person.
  • Strong discovery and deal control skills with the ability to maintain urgency.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-50% of the time.
  • High level of ownership, self-direction, and comfort in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into luxury resale, jewelers, watch dealers, or other high-value collectibles.
  • Background in selling payments, fintech, FX, or treasury workflows.
  • Familiarity with crypto and stablecoins.
