Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales activities within assigned Southeast or Central U.S. regions
  • Manage and grow key strategic accounts to drive adoption of safety and control solutions
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Partner with marketing to generate qualified leads within the robotics ecosystem
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business with OEMs and system integrators
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide monthly pipeline forecasting
  • Represent the company at regional and national trade shows
  • Travel 30–40% within the assigned region

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in account management or enterprise sales
  • Background in industrial automation, IoT, robotics, or safety-critical technology
  • Proven track record of selling integrated hardware and software solutions
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Residency in the Southeast or Central U.S.
