Hometap is on a mission to make homeownership less stressful and more accessible. Our home equity investment product provides homeowners with a fast, simple, and straightforward way to access the equity in their home without taking out a loan or having to sell.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information while connecting with empathy to understand each homeowner's circumstances
• Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process, providing status updates and requesting documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams like processors and underwriters to ensure efficient processes
• Manage pipeline using Salesforce and proprietary tools to keep applications up to date
• Become an expert in Hometap's home equity investment (HEI) product
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Stay current on the competitive landscape and collaborate with marketing and legal teams

Requirements

• 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
• Experience managing a full sales cycle end-to-end
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical aptitude with Salesforce experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance
• Willingness to become NMLS licensed (Hometap will sponsor)
