Account Executive II

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned Structured Finance portfolio ensuring compliance with corporate, SBA, and USDA standards
• Review and process loan advances for various credit facilities and coordinate with third-party vendors
• Conduct ongoing credit assessments and monitor account performance to identify emerging risks
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners
• Oversee problem loans and develop workout strategies to protect portfolio performance
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and regulatory agencies like SBA and USDA
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual portfolio reviews to leadership
• Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Familiarity with Government Guaranteed Lending Programs (SBA 7a, USDA B&I, REAP, BIA)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
