Responsibilities
- Manage and close B2C sales opportunities
- Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, follow-up, and closing
- Follow up on qualified leads generated by marketing
- Record commercial activity in the CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage and optimize the commercial pipeline
- Maintain constant communication with prospects and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the sales process
Requirements
- Experience in sales or commercial roles
- Experience selling digital products or services
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Knowledge of the B2C sales cycle
- Experience managing sales pipeline and forecasting
- Negotiation and closing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Familiarity with commercial automation tools
- Experience working with inbound leads
- Experience in consultative sales
