Account Executive - Key Accounts

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Account Manager to manage day-to-day relationships with strategic restaurant partners in Dubai.
• Liaise with restaurant site managers and operations teams to resolve operational or performance issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up on partner queries, campaigns, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly internal reports; track KPIs and account health.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers, identify trends and support data-driven recommendations for growth.
• Support planning and execution of partner marketing campaigns and activations; coordinate with marketing/design teams for assets and post-campaign reporting.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Data teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in account management, operations or similar roles (F&B, e-commerce or tech preferred)
• Experience with dashboards, BI tools or basic analytics (SQL familiarity a plus)
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments and managing multiple priorities
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
