Account Executive - Key Accounts Team

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Account Manager in managing day-to-day relationships with strategic restaurant partners in Dubai.
• Liaise with restaurant site managers and operations teams to resolve performance and operational issues.
• Coordinate and execute partner marketing campaigns and activations with internal teams.
• Track campaign and account performance; maintain dashboards and account trackers.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly internal reports; surface insights and recommendations.
• Ensure timely follow-up on partner queries and campaign reporting requirements.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Data teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years relevant experience (F&B, e-commerce, or tech preferred)
• Experience with BI tools or dashboards
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and reporting automation

• Proactive, organised and comfortable in fast-paced environments
