Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the UAE / Middle East market and grow top segments
  • Run high-impact product demos for the SmartBox solution
  • Drive the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and closing
  • Experiment with new outreach methods and refine sales pitches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing new business
  • Self-starter mindset with high ownership
  • Resilient and resourceful approach to sales challenges
  • Startup-minded and flexible attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience in hospitality, property management, logistics, or government services
  • Background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS

Benefits

  • Base salary $40,000 - $55,000 USD plus uncapped commission
  • Expected OTE of $80,000 - $95,000 USD
