Responsibilities
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing across the European market
- Handle a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting efforts with personalized strategies
- Optimize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal progression and accurate forecasting
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by logging all activities, notes, and decision-making criteria
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and mentor teammates
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, consistently exceeding quotas
- Experience closing deals valued at $50,000 or more
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers
- Mandatory proficiency in English
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian
