Job description
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from qualified lead to close, including discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation
- Work with the founders to drive revenue and hit company goals
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams by sharing customer insights
- Establish repeatable and scalable sales processes
- Help build the future sales team by defining KPIs, hiring criteria, and culture
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech startups
- Experience selling developer tools to large companies (>1k+ employees)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse buyer personas
- Self-starter mindset comfortable with early-stage environments
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple pipeline opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
