Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle from qualified lead to close, including discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation
  • Work with the founders to drive revenue and hit company goals
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams by sharing customer insights
  • Establish repeatable and scalable sales processes
  • Help build the future sales team by defining KPIs, hiring criteria, and culture

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech startups
  • Experience selling developer tools to large companies (>1k+ employees)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse buyer personas
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable with early-stage environments
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple pipeline opportunities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
