Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales journey from initial account-level strategy and prospecting to final closing
  • Handle formal proposals, pricing structures, and contract negotiations
  • Lead customers through the transition from prospect to active user
  • Execute high-volume omnichannel outreach via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person presentations
  • Act as a primary point of contact and multifamily market expert for new customers
  • Represent the company at industry events and travel for face-to-face meetings
  • Collaborate with SDR and Customer Success teams to ensure lead quality and retention

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a SaaS sales executive role
  • Multifamily sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, and Zoominfo
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Disciplined and adaptable self-starter
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling competitive or market intelligence products
