About the Company

Maxima is the first agentic AI platform for enterprise accounting, purpose built to deliver SOX compliant, real time close. Backed by Kleiner Perkins and Audacious Ventures, our founders bring experience from finance leadership at Rubrik, Twitter, and Netflix.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales from lead qualification through close across mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Partner with BDRs to identify and engage prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels
  • Deliver tailored demos and ROI narratives to finance executives, IT, and operations leaders
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine messaging and ensure seamless onboarding
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product priorities and GTM direction

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex sales environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement
  • Highly organized and self-driven with ability to manage multiple deals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Interest in AI, automation, and the future of finance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling financial operations, ERP, automation, or AI solutions
