About the Company

Medely is a high-growth series-C technology start-up reimagining the future of healthcare work by providing an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools. We are dedicated to redefining the way healthcare workers and facilities work together to provide for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities from prospecting to closing
  • Execute strategic territory planning and high-quality outbound activity
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover operational pain points
  • Demonstrate the Medely platform to clinical and administrative decision-makers
  • Generate pipeline through self-prospecting and relationship building
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high adoption

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software or technology
  • Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting
  • Experience engaging multiple decision-makers within an account
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant sales experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare or a highly regulated industry
