Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
- Target multi-location auto repair groups and independent shops
- Navigate multiple stakeholders to identify decision-makers and move deals forward
- Develop creative outreach strategies and articulate Tekmetric's value proposition
- Surface pain points and business objectives of prospective shop owners
- Partner with Onboarding on results-based Proof of Concepts
- Actively prospect, request referrals, and nurture relationships to build a self-sourced pipeline
- Represent Tekmetric at local and national roadshows
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a mid-market or full-cycle closing role
- Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Auto service industry knowledge
- Understanding of how shops and SMS platforms operate
