Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Target multi-location auto repair groups and independent shops
  • Navigate multiple stakeholders to identify decision-makers and move deals forward
  • Develop creative outreach strategies and articulate Tekmetric's value proposition
  • Surface pain points and business objectives of prospective shop owners
  • Partner with Onboarding on results-based Proof of Concepts
  • Actively prospect, request referrals, and nurture relationships to build a self-sourced pipeline
  • Represent Tekmetric at local and national roadshows

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a mid-market or full-cycle closing role
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Auto service industry knowledge
  • Understanding of how shops and SMS platforms operate
