Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify mid-market sales leads across UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi based).
  • Develop new prospects and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Manage full sales cycle for software solutions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Plan and deliver product presentations and demos with support from pre-sales engineers.
  • Work closely with channel partners, Account Specialists and cross-functional teams to close business.
  • Execute targeted sales campaigns to maximise penetration of key accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline in CRM.
  • Attend remote and on-site client meetings; communicate product developments to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years sales
  • Software industry
  • Executive selling
  • Arabic fluency
  • English fluency
  • CRM proficiency
  • Consultative sales
  • Self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS or cloud solutions (Microsoft/Google/Salesforce ecosystems)
  • Familiarity with data management, governance or collaboration tools
  • Experience working with channel partners and MSPs
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding quota in mid-market segment
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills
