Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify mid-market sales opportunities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close for medium-sized enterprises
  • Develop new prospects and expand existing accounts using consultative selling
  • Plan and deliver product presentations and demos with pre-sales support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to drive revenue
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity records in CRM
  • Attend remote and on-site customer meetings and account reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 4+ years sales
  • Software industry
  • Executive selling
  • Arabic fluency
  • English fluency
  • Consultative selling
  • CRM experience
  • Presentation skills
  • Self motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record closing mid-market or enterprise deals
  • Experience with Microsoft collaboration platforms or data management solutions
  • Familiarity with channel and partner-led sales motions
  • Experience working with pre-sales engineers and technical stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
