Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of new enterprise accounts across the Middle East (UAE & MENA).
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned to ElevenLabs’ Creative and Agents platforms.
  • Generate leads, run demos, negotiate contracts and close deals in collaboration with Growth and Ops teams.
  • Develop and maintain deep domain knowledge in media/publishing and gaming to position voice AI solutions.
  • Track KPIs and sales performance; provide weekly status updates to the wider team.
  • Work autonomously, represent ElevenLabs at client meetings and regional events when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets in fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • Experience selling to media, publishing, or gaming customers.
  • Technical curiosity about Voice AI, TTS and STT technologies and ability to translate product value to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, high-velocity startup.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus for regional coverage.
