Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative, product-led sales conversations with mortgage lenders to diagnose verification workflows.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to scope integrations with POS/LOS systems, pilots, and rollouts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound, inbound, and relationship-driven sourcing.
  • Navigate complex buying committees including operations, compliance, IT, and lending executives.
  • Drive account expansion by identifying new use cases and workflows for Truv's platform.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing product feedback to the engineering and product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Deep expertise in the mortgage ecosystem and origination workflows.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Comfort conducting technical evaluations and discussing integrations (APIs, POS/LOS) with buyers.
  • Strong discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A product-advisor mindset with the ability to act as a technical subject matter expert.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a mortgage technology, fintech, or verification company.
  • Familiarity with VOIE/VOA/VOE and GSE programs (DU/AIM).
  • Hands-on experience with major POS and LOS platforms.
  • Experience selling within an early-stage or high-growth environment.
