Responsibilities

  • Consistently hit or exceed quota targets
  • Maintain an accurately forecasted pipeline in HubSpot with strong CRM hygiene
  • Convert warm inbound leads and build outbound pipeline through proactive prospecting
  • Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demos
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes across various leadership roles
  • Negotiate contracts and structure pricing for high-value deals
  • Represent Overflow at industry conferences and nonprofit summits

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS, business development, or tech sales with a proven track record
  • Full-cycle sales experience from qualification through close
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 30–180 day cycles
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and sales enablement tools like Gong or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Financial literacy regarding stock donations, cryptocurrency, and tax implications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with nonprofit, philanthropy, fintech, or faith-based sectors
  • Experience with AI tools for productivity and research
