Responsibilities
- Consistently hit or exceed quota targets
- Maintain an accurately forecasted pipeline in HubSpot with strong CRM hygiene
- Convert warm inbound leads and build outbound pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demos
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes across various leadership roles
- Negotiate contracts and structure pricing for high-value deals
- Represent Overflow at industry conferences and nonprofit summits
Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS, business development, or tech sales with a proven track record
- Full-cycle sales experience from qualification through close
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 30–180 day cycles
- Proficiency in HubSpot and sales enablement tools like Gong or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Financial literacy regarding stock donations, cryptocurrency, and tax implications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with nonprofit, philanthropy, fintech, or faith-based sectors
- Experience with AI tools for productivity and research
