About the Company

Parkade is a B2B2C SaaS platform that modernizes private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and offices. We help buildings move away from the headaches of stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets to a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Master the building-by-building sales motion targeting Property Managers and regional leadership
  • Present consultative ROI pitches and revenue models to prospects
  • Conduct technical discovery on building infrastructure
  • Maintain clean CRM documentation for seamless handoffs to Implementation and Success teams

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven ability to guide software sales through multiple stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen regarding budget cycles and ROI
  • High level of organization and CRM pipeline hygiene
  • AI-forward mindset for sales productivity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent startup experience
  • Experience selling in the PropTech or multi-family real estate industry
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems like Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata
  • Knowledge of access control hardware such as LPR cameras or fobs
  • Background in parking, real estate, or property management
