Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research high-value target accounts, specifically omnichannel brands scaling on Shopify
  • Develop multi-channel outbound strategies including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Map accounts and engage key decision-makers such as VPs of Operations, Ecommerce, and Supply Chain
  • Own the full-cycle sales process from initial prospecting to closed-won
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to conduct discovery and product demonstrations
  • Build business cases and demonstrate ROI to complex buying committees across IT, Finance, and Operations
  • Provide market intelligence to Product and Leadership teams to help shape the sales playbook

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of outbound-sourced pipeline and closed revenue
  • Experience selling into complex organizations with multi-threaded deals
  • Strong ability to work independently and build sales processes from scratch
  • Deep understanding of commerce operations and post-checkout challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling OMS, ERP, or supply chain software
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem
  • Understanding of NetSuite, iPaaS, EDI, or middleware landscapes
  • Experience in a Series A–C stage startup environment
  • Existing network in ecommerce operations or retail technology
