Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and handoff
- Generate pipeline through active prospecting and outbound efforts
- Engage with stakeholders across IT, Security, HR, and Operations in complex organizations
- Refine messaging and positioning in collaboration with founders
- Build scalable sales playbooks, processes, and CRM systems
- Represent Ravenna at industry events and build market relationships
Requirements
- 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Strong outbound prospecting capabilities and experience generating own pipeline
- Experience selling to technical or operational buyers (IT, Security, etc.)
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes in enterprise environments
- Builder mindset suitable for early-stage startup environments
