Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and handoff
  • Generate pipeline through active prospecting and outbound efforts
  • Engage with stakeholders across IT, Security, HR, and Operations in complex organizations
  • Refine messaging and positioning in collaboration with founders
  • Build scalable sales playbooks, processes, and CRM systems
  • Represent Ravenna at industry events and build market relationships

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong outbound prospecting capabilities and experience generating own pipeline
  • Experience selling to technical or operational buyers (IT, Security, etc.)
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes in enterprise environments
  • Builder mindset suitable for early-stage startup environments
