Job description

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth within the Dubai territory
  • Identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams
  • Close business to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with enterprise customers
  • Drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities through independent and team-based efforts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS software technology to enterprise clients in the Dubai market
  • A consultative and value-based approach to selling software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex business value simply
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases, graph databases, or search data platforms
