About the Company

Renterra is a fast-growing, venture-backed business on a mission to modernize the $100B+ heavy equipment rental industry through an end-to-end platform that improves how rental companies run their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Build a robust sales pipeline through outbound efforts and manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Consistently hit cold calling and demo setting activity metrics
  • Engage with prospects to understand rental software needs and conduct product demonstrations
  • Develop and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with the executive team
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote software and establish partnerships
  • Collaborate with founding, marketing, and product teams to refine sales strategies and go-to-market plans

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full cycle sales experience
  • Proven track record in construction software or B2B SMB technology sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup
  • Ability to problem solve with stakeholders from executives to end-users
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
