About the Company

Sagetap is a rapidly growing startup changing how enterprise technology executives discover and evaluate software. Our AI-driven platform anonymously connects tech buyers with the industry’s most credible technology vendors, helping them cut through the noise and solve their biggest problems.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source high-quality technology leaders such as CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and Heads of AI
  • Build and manage a targeted pipeline focused on relevance and signal
  • Own outbound efforts across LinkedIn and other channels
  • Craft and send personalized, high-quality outreach to senior executives
  • Partner with the Community team to convert event-driven pipeline into qualified applications
  • Maintain high-quality standards for applicants to ensure they meet role, industry, and seniority standards
  • Monitor outreach performance, response rates, and conversion metrics
  • Maintain CRM discipline by keeping data clean and up to date

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in SDR, BDR, executive recruiting, community growth, or similar outbound roles
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and generate responses from senior-level audiences
  • Strong written communication and messaging skills
  • Ability to communicate a non-transactional value proposition to executives
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline
  • Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern outreach tools
