Responsibilities

  • Own net new revenue growth across a portfolio of approximately 50 existing customer accounts
  • Convert Customer Success Qualified Leads into closed expansion opportunities and proactively uncover whitespace
  • Run the full sales cycle for expansion deals from discovery through close
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups within enterprise organizations of 2,500 to 10,000 employees
  • Close strategic expansion opportunities averaging $150K ACV
  • Apply structured sales methodologies like MEDDPIC or SPICED to manage deals and maintain forecast accuracy
  • Utilize Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma to manage pipeline and surface account insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience carrying a quota in Mid Market or Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of running complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and executive buyers
  • Demonstrated ability to find and close net new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Disciplined pipeline forecasting and experience with structured sales methodologies
  • Ability to partner effectively with Customer Success while maintaining commercial ownership
  • Must be based permanently in the U.S.
