Job description

Responsibilities

  • Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers
  • Build and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
  • Research and qualify client requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the SDR team to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Communicate and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Senior Leadership
  • Attend industry events in-person to build relationships across HR Tech / FinTech / Payroll ecosystems

Requirements

  • Hebrew fluent
  • English fluent
  • CRM proficiency
  • B2B experience
  • Pipeline mgmt

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a unicorn startup or fast-growing tech company
  • Proven track record expanding business footprint in Israel
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with numerical/quotas focus
  • Highly personable with strong communication and presentation skills
