Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch the wholesale channel by engaging with prospective brokers
- Prospect, perform outbound calling, and respond to inquiries from potential partners
- Lead communications and pitch calls to convert leads into partners
- Onboard new brokers through training and development of communication templates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded brokers
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop an external Wholesale portal
- Manage cross-functional projects to increase efficiency and improve broker experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales
- Previous experience with Salesforce
- Active NMLS license or ability to obtain one within 90 days
- Proven history of managing cross-functional projects
- Experience creating and optimizing scalable policies and procedures
- Ability to work 8am-5pm PST
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
