Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch the wholesale channel by engaging with prospective brokers
  • Prospect, perform outbound calling, and respond to inquiries from potential partners
  • Lead communications and pitch calls to convert leads into partners
  • Onboard new brokers through training and development of communication templates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded brokers
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop an external Wholesale portal
  • Manage cross-functional projects to increase efficiency and improve broker experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Active NMLS license or ability to obtain one within 90 days
  • Proven history of managing cross-functional projects
  • Experience creating and optimizing scalable policies and procedures
  • Ability to work 8am-5pm PST
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
