Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and close net-new enterprise deals by articulating Capsule’s value and differentiation
- Lead compelling demos and discovery conversations to connect prospect needs to use cases
- Create urgency and momentum in deals through proposals and executive alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and Product to ensure high-quality pipeline
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and expansion opportunities
- Deliver accurate forecasts and exceed targets through disciplined pipeline management
- Grow current customer accounts into larger enterprise partnerships
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a focus on enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to marketing, creative, or GTM teams
Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000-$160,000 base with $240,000-$320,000 OTE
