Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and close net-new enterprise deals by articulating Capsule’s value and differentiation
  • Lead compelling demos and discovery conversations to connect prospect needs to use cases
  • Create urgency and momentum in deals through proposals and executive alignment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and Product to ensure high-quality pipeline
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and expansion opportunities
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and exceed targets through disciplined pipeline management
  • Grow current customer accounts into larger enterprise partnerships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a focus on enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to marketing, creative, or GTM teams

Benefits

  • Salary range: $120,000-$160,000 base with $240,000-$320,000 OTE
