Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target high-potential Dioceses within the Catholic space
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Provide consultative selling to demonstrate how software solves business challenges for Dioceses and parishes
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and report on pipeline status to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Drive revenue through new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience
- At least 2 years selling software or technology solutions to parishes and Dioceses
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, high-value deals
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and Catholic church internal operations
- Expertise in consultative sales methodology and C-suite influence
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical software aspects to various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
