Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple top-tier client accounts and ensure strong, positive relationships
• Drive customer retention, renewals, upselling, and overall satisfaction
• Deliver impactful presentations to C-suite stakeholders and provide regular business reviews
• Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee pricing, service recoveries, and compliance
• Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer activities in CRM
• Mentor and provide guidance to Account Managers to support their development
• Align with internal teams on customer goals and long-term strategic objectives

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Availability to manage client needs outside normal business hours as needed
