Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple top-tier client accounts and ensure strong relationships across all touchpoints
• Drive customer retention, renewals, upselling, and overall satisfaction
• Deliver impactful presentations to C-suite stakeholders and provide regular business reviews
• Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee pricing, service recoveries, and compliance
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in partnership with leadership
• Mentor and provide guidance to Account Managers through coaching and performance feedback
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer activities in CRM

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Availability to manage client needs outside normal business hours
