About the Company
UnitX builds the world's leading physical AI systems to automate repetitive visual tasks in factories. UnitX is a fast-moving startup with a team from Stanford, MIT, Google, and beyond. Since inception, UnitX has deployed 1,000+ mission-critical systems across 190+ of the world's leading manufacturers' production lines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, selling UnitX’s industrial AI solutions to factories and manufacturing teams
- Learn customer pain points and use a consultative approach to position UnitX as a high-impact solution
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and qualifying inbound interest
- Partner with the technical team to tailor demos and proposals based on each prospect’s needs
- Track all sales activity and pipeline data in HubSpot to stay organized and improve forecasting
- Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and marketing to share feedback and improve the go-to-market motion
- Help improve and document sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and deal processes as we grow the sales team
Requirements
- 3 or more years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Experience in industrial or technical solution selling preferred
- Confident communicator able to build credibility with technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting
- Experienced in using HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Organized and driven with a strong sense of ownership
