Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned healthcare accounts, supporting senior leadership and ensuring high-quality client service.
  • Support Account Directors with campaign delivery, reporting, and client communications.
  • Draft press releases, messaging, Q&As and other written materials aligned to client tone of voice.
  • Manage junior team members to ensure administrative accuracy, timely reporting and smooth workflow delivery.
  • Drive account activity, manage deadlines and approvals across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic ideas, content, event activations and campaign concepts.
  • Maintain key account documents including WIP reports, media trackers and monthly KPI trackers.
  • Support financial administration including timesheets, job costing and scope monitoring.
  • Build and maintain media relationships to secure interviews, op-eds and coverage.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large or complex accounts
  • Regional UAE market exposure
  • Previous healthcare communications background
  • Experience working across multicultural/global teams
  • Familiarity with digital PR and social activation
