Job description
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned healthcare accounts, supporting senior leadership and ensuring high-quality client service.
- Support Account Directors with campaign delivery, reporting, and client communications.
- Draft press releases, messaging, Q&As and other written materials aligned to client tone of voice.
- Manage junior team members to ensure administrative accuracy, timely reporting and smooth workflow delivery.
- Drive account activity, manage deadlines and approvals across internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop strategic ideas, content, event activations and campaign concepts.
- Maintain key account documents including WIP reports, media trackers and monthly KPI trackers.
- Support financial administration including timesheets, job costing and scope monitoring.
- Build and maintain media relationships to secure interviews, op-eds and coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 3-5 years
- Agency experience
- Healthcare experience
- Arabic & English

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large or complex accounts
- Regional UAE market exposure
- Previous healthcare communications background
- Experience working across multicultural/global teams
- Familiarity with digital PR and social activation
