Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a revenue-carrying portfolio across 12 diverse subsidiaries, including education, travel, logistics, and insurance.
  • Scope client needs and propose appropriate brand solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Orchestrate service fulfillment by coordinating with internal specialists such as consultants, designers, engineers, and attorneys.
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and meet commercial targets for revenue and retention.
  • Manage client communications across multiple channels including WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  • Ensure strict compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and POPIA.
  • Handle complex administrative tasks including document control, milestone tracking, and payment/refund policy explanations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, International Relations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in client-facing account management.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and spreadsheet software.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR/POPIA and local consumer laws.
  • Ability to work with time-zone agility and flexibility to support 24/7 operations.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and logistics partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Filipino, Bengali, or French).
  • Experience working within at least two of the following sectors: travel, e-commerce, shipping, or education.
