Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with restaurant partners across Dubai and the UAE.
• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Drive partner performance through regular business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to maintain high-quality customer and partner experiences.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and operational KPIs to identify improvement areas.
• Support onboarding and training of new partners to ensure successful activation.
• Advocate internally for partner needs and contribute to platform and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years relevant experience
• Account management
• Stakeholder management
• Data analysis
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Negotiation skills
• Cross-functional work
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in tech, e-commerce, or F&B sectors
• Proven track record managing external stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with bias for action
• Experience with partner onboarding and training
• Interest in applying AI to streamline partner operations (advantage)
